- Great 401K plan - Great benefits - AMAZING camaraderie (Best coaches) -Remote

Cons

- Long hours. - Jan-March busy season more money but longer hours - Base pay is set at 16500 and has been like that since the beginning of their cruise debut..... Real money is based on how many bookings you do and can be ... a bit of a strain. If guest books online, you DO NOT GET CREDIT. -_-

No bonus pay, high call volume, and employee discount is calculated in a way that you could find a lower price with the right promotion.
