Local team isn’t bad, just a bunch of yes men.

Cons

Terrible company culture they treat all employees like you should be honored to work there. Management is afraid to speak out against corporate or Watsco the parent company. If you have talent take it somewhere else.

Leadership sticks together to fake an employee first narrative. Leadership is rarely around. Culturally confused. Some really great people outside of leadership.

Cons

Leadership panics and asks employees to make positive posts about the company. I cannot say it enough, they don’t care. HR is absent and ineffective.
