Great PTO for this company

Inventory is awful. They make you come in annually and work over 20 hours in a time span of two weekends. One Saturday you work all day and into the night, the next Sunday and the Saturday after that are half days but it is just terrible. Also if you are salaried they abuse the hell out of it and make you work 50 to 60 hours. Just Terrible

PTO is the best i've seen so far 401k many discounts through companies that work with Watsco

Cons

Management is horrible and the work environment is toxic They state they are a people first company but reaching out to HR does absolutely nothing, They trap you with great PTO and good benefits but everything else sucks The retention rate for "Essential workers" is laughable New hires get better pay with little to no experience and HR/management gives excuses as to why older employees are not getting raises
