Pros

A great work environment with a family feel while helping the community that I live in. I enjoy what I do. Work with a team that I respect. All around more good than bad.

Cons

LifeBridge is coming with a lot of changes. Carroll has something that works and I hope the merger doesn't "fix" what isn't broken.

Pros

Upper management seems interested in promoting a positive culture and great work enviroment. ED management Karen Lee the director has an open door policy and is very approachable,along with the rest of ED management
