Clean, friendly environment. Good working relationship between physicians and nurses

Cons

Not enough education opportunities. Tuition benefits could be better. Health insurance not the best, not enough options.

none, there is no respect for the people who actually do the work

management doesn't care about you. HR is only there to get rid of you. No way to move up in the company

Pros

None. Even the deep fried foods they serve employees are 7-8$ with a discount. This is a nicotine work place but your still getting an MI from the food.

Cons

Pay is poor. HR doesn't belong at McDonalds let alone a hospital. If you enjoy getting stabbed in the back most of your managers or co-workers will be happy to accommodate you.There are very few smiles in the place. Most employees are robotic like, with blank stares. Perhaps it is fear.
