The people here are fabulous. The facility is clean, safe and serene.

Cons

The pay is low. The shifts are long. HR is the worst. The merger with Lifebridge health is horrible....

Pros

Excellent working environment. Great team spirit I think the management actually care about the staff A good place to gather valuable work experience.

Cons

It takes forever for a new employee to be eligible to take time off. For a hospital that seems to value veterans, they do not offer Military Leave!

Great co-workers, great culture. Nursing staff truly cares for patients & the community. Community hospital that is very involved in the local community.

Cons

There can be some micromanaging, but for the most part it is a good environment.
