Pros

Benefits were great. Constantly recognized for a job well done through many incentive programs. Great work environment and a strong, positive work community.

Cons

A lot of turn over and lack of a necessary management team. Employees were lost in the shuffle, lack of guidance and direction, and support.

Family like atmosphere. People care and are engaged. Patients become friends as they mostly live in the community.

Cons

Flexibility is not optimal given work from home opportunities during bad weather events for non-clinical staff. Advancement is difficult.
