Cannot even think of one reason why you would want to come work here

Absolutely zero diversity (ALL management and executives are white, male, privileged and crooked)...stripped away benefits, lousy comp plans, haven’t made a sale in over a year, dying company, absolutely desperate

The most experienced company and people in the space. Very sharp and engaged CEO. Strong vision and an incredible roadmap for future features and functionality. Friendly culture.

Cons

Since the company has become its own entity, separate from Sungard Availability Services, there are some name recognition challenges that will have to be overcome.
