Pros

Most of the people from BizWeb.

Cons

Working with development management based in America, originally from Assurance Software. The blindly enforced Wagile development practices from Assurance. This is a systemic problem, dressed up as a 3-way alignment and merger. Laughable because they were scared that changing or adapting it would lose face. The level of incompetence within US based development management was staggering, with "Vice Presidents" and "Managers" that really shouldn't have been left in charge of people. It was the most toxic working environment I have ever experienced. A highly political, back stabbing environment that is never going to improve. Encouraged and driven entirely by the egos of a select few.

Pros

The people that originally formed Assurance Software.

Cons

Two CEO’s in two years. Interested C-level people from purchased company. Constant change in direction. Change in methodology without much thought. No longer customer focused. Job security.

Pros

All employees are pretty nice and helpful. You can pretty much work how you want long as work gets done.

Cons

Management doesn’t help with learning new skills or helping you succeed. Even after to ask multiple times. You won’t grow much of a skill set. The company runs a very slim budget for IT makes simple tasks difficult.
