Cons

Legacy Sungard BC solution is not competitive in marketplace and overpriced. Company floundered under new leadership after spinoff and led to turnover of nearly entire sales team

Can't seem to sink much lower

Cons

Constant infighting, drama and back stabbing. Sales are non-existent and competitors are eating their lunch. Acquisitions are taking the place of real growth.
