Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am happy that you were able to enjoy some of our many benefits, including lots of extra holidays. Unfortunately as a social work/non-profit organization, we have been in the same older buildings for many years. We publish a vacancy report and we encourage staff who have been with us for at least 6 months to review it for potential transfers at any time. Additionally HR is here to support you in any way possible and we are introducing new surveys to staff this year that will help us to isolate some of these issues so they can be addressed.

In the last two and a half years, CGS HR has reorganized, created new policies and is now providing more supervisor training to focus on a better employee experience. Thank you for sharing your experience with us~we are committed to using this feedback to make CGS a great place to work. Unfortunately we have to wait for the state for COLAs, but the past two years have seen better increases. HR and Payroll processes have improved and raises are processed very quickly after union ratification. We now post all positions online and offer employee referral bonuses as well. We love our DD program and will continue to make a concerted effort to support our employees!
