Pros

Genuinely nice co-workers. Teamwork atmosphere. Exceptional opportunity for advancement and profesional development.

Cons

Difficult to “not take your work home”, but this comes with your own sense of accountability. Lots of over site by contracting/licensing entities.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We continuously look at budgets and benefits to see what we can provide for our staff. Although we do not currently offer tuition reimbursement, we will revisit the potential of providing this benefit in the future. We truly appreciate your hard work and dedication. We hope you will be here for many years to come!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. As a social services organization we do struggle with salary increases, however, we try to compensate with a generous time off policy and above average health insurance. We really appreciate that you have had a good experience and encourage you to reach out to HR with any suggestions for an improved employee experience!
