Great stepping stone to a career in outside, B2B sales

Pros
great sales training, fun atmosphere, DECENT base salary (for an entry level role, somewhat hard to find) and a pretty good product/service
Cons
Micromanaged, NO work-to-life balance for management (I am pretty sure management signs an agreement preventing them from having friends outside of Cbeyond & preventing them from leaving the office before 8pm) and no upward mobility for sales reps outside of a few meaningless title "promotions" and EXTREMELY small base salary increases (that eventually top out around 50k). To sum it up: a great place to "get trained", get some experience and then get a mid-level sales position at another company.
