      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to take on projects and present to management. As a woman in the workplace I appreciate all the guidance I've received from the senior level female leadership.

      Cons

      The company is still trying to grow from a small company into a larger one but is very good at taking criticism of that fact and trying to make it better.

      Cbeyond is a great first job right out of school

      Pros

      The culture is ideal for someone right out of school. Everyone is young and fun. You learn a lot of basic sales techniques really quickly.

      Cons

      The turn over rate is around 80% because the activity level is rediculously high. Territories have been ran through over and over and reps are calling on the same people...has a lot of people really pissed off.

      Pros

      Great networking...even if you hate it you should have a good network to move on to bigger things within 6 mos. Solid training...you can use the skills other places...learn how not to treat people...learn about telecommunications and technology and one again network, network, network.

      Cons

      Seems to be kind of a bunch of frat boys and sorority chicks. They can be cliquish and seem to forget that this low level of acting fails in the proper corporate environment...need an ethical bypass at the door
