      Overall positive, though roles transition constantly so it's hard to know where you'll be in three months.

      Pros

      If you're in the good graces of your manager, there are lots of opportunities to work on interesting projects and grow your career in the directions you'd like to take it.

      Cons

      People are often moved without clear reasons, and there is an overwhelming expectation to put work ahead of all other aspects of your life.

      Decent pay, poor management, where intelligence goes to die.

      Pros

      Pay is decent, benefits are good, and most of your peers are good to work with, but that is where the good reasons end. If you are a recent grad and don't know anything else, or have no desire to grow this is a good place, if you have experience stay away.

      Cons

      no room for advancement unless you are in the "good 'ol boys club", gradute from BYU, or are the teachers pet. Good work is not rewarded and management for the most part is clueless about what anyone does. No development opportunities because all the people with the knowledge are let go or get smart and quit. Gotten progressively worse each year I've been here. No advancement opportunities as jobs are being sent oversees. Not employee friendly.

      Pros

      If you had a good manager it made all the difference in the world. But, that could change frequently which carried the risk of being a satisfying position to a miserable position.

      Cons

      There weren't opportunities for advancement and mentorships.
