Pros
Pays well, natural industry growth will keep them alive. Good for recently out of school or laid off from other chemical companies.
Cons
Ticona: 3 GM's in 3 years, high turnover: most emplyees are either new (less than 3 yrs) or over 20 years...extreme turnover in some areas, high overall. CEO rules with arrogance and an iron fist...of the 4 F500 companies I've worked for, this one has a culture so polluted it resembles a wolf pack. If you're a Sr. exec, don't bother: it'll do you more harm than good.
