Flexible work Schedule, posible to work form home on IT áreas. good work environment, global bussines culture. excellent work life balance.

Cons

The Training is not too much supported b y management on IT. Self-study is required, Frecuent personnel reorganizations, promotions are not easy to obtain, even salary increases are too low.

Pros

There is definitely more attention to the employee in Celanese, that in the other shared service centers of the city. Given the relatively small size of the corporation, a lot of visibility is immediately given to the employee. Training is well scheduled, especially the one involving SAP and workflow processess. The management is very available and open door policy is common

Cons

Being a shared service center, the positions can quickly become boring due to their very nature, however daily personal contact with the saleforce and colleagues abroad eases the pain. There is no chance of working from home, for any reason.

For some region you have to work in night shift which is non sense for instance when the particular region has national or bank holiday e.g. 4th of uly-USA. We have to stay here even though those colleaguse in the USA and none o the custmers can be contacted.
