      Pros

      This is my first fully remote role and Celerant made the transition easy by sending everything I needed to get started. Beyond making remote work easy, they make sure employees stay connected and heard. In a recent all-hands meeting, we split into small groups and shared feedback directly with the CEO and CGO on new initiatives. Everyone’s feedback shaped the conversation, and I left feeling excited about my role in upcoming projects.

      Sometimes the pace of growth means priorities shift quickly, which is exciting but can keep you on your toes.

      The team I work with is awesome. Celerant really cares about its employees and pushing the company forward while pulling the employees up with it.

      Cons

      My biggest con is that the people are so cool, I wish I got to see them more often! But the remote work is nice.

Hopefully our annual team weeks give you the chance to build those relationships even more. Since it looks like you are a part of the marketing team - participating at trade shows all over the country, our annual conference and other industry events throughout the year will also give you lots of time to connect with the team. Remote work is awesome, but there is nothing like we being together as well!

      POS Celerant - Cumulus BEWARE!

      You can use POS software for more than 1 store

      Cons

      Old software technology, takes 10 minutes to load, difficult to use, poor lookup features, need to include asterisk to look up items, locked into a multi-year contract, freezes up frequently, many hours of training to begin using. No updates or improvements in 2 years of using software.

      Thank you for your candid feedback. We have some exciting news coming after the new year. While we continue to add new features and integrations in every new version of the software (3x per year) - our R&D team has been working behind the scenes on a major new project- more coming soon! I will say that being in business for 25 years - brings tremendous experience and a very feature-rich retail platformm which will soon have a much more modern foundation at the core. Big things coming in 2026!!!
