Pros

This place attracts good people, so if you do sign on your co-workers will at least be pretty good, but not management. It's a great product with a market you feel motivated to work in.

Cons

Everything else is problematic. Leadership is more about bullying and scare tactics than motivation. The company doesn't care about North America, and in North America if you aren't an Outside Salesperson they don't care about you either. As another review noted they made this big push to have people submit positive reviews which clearly only worked on newbies. Most of the good reviews you see are from new people who haven't learned yet or are outside of North America. All the best people seem to be pushed out. They talk about promoting but don't. If you've seen those memes about companies leveraging culture to sign you up only to find out that management is toxic and doesn't believe in work life balance and that you should feel privileged to have a job, this place is that.

Pros

Benefits, Pay, Growing Market, Brand Recognition, Market Leader, Business is Booming

Cons

One of THE most toxic work environments I've ever experienced. The NJ office is plagued with internal conflicts. The amount of trash talking that occurs daily about your supposed "teammates/colleagues" is mind blowing. There are some very intelligent minds that I look forward to working with. Unfortunately, senior management is often taking part in the clear and obvious divide between teams, which makes it very difficult to imagine it will change anytime in the near future. Expect to work from Sunday to Friday (no joke) due to HQ being in Israel. Churn is so prevalent here...that the office doesn't even use name tags for employees' offices or cubicles. No joke, the entire office doesn't have one name plate anywhere throughout the entire building to indicate who sits where. So bizarre, yet so telling. Work/Life balance

Pros

There is a handful of good people working to accomplish great things amidst the chaos of a constant dumpster fire!

Cons

Leadership of this company is under qualified and clueless! They treat customers like they are a burden while continuing to increase prices for their solutions! There is no consistency of employees because leadership has no respect or no regard for anyone at the company. The employees are over worked and the teams are understaffed but individuals are expected to pick up the slack while being paid below market value. Fire drills on Friday's and over the weekend are very common. This even happens over holiday weekends! There is no regard for anyone working here, it is the equivalent to modern day slavery for those who have a commitment to their team and teams success! The CEO has no idea how to manage a public company and operates as if he was a VP on the hot seat by continuously making rash decisions with no data and micromanaging pipelines of individual sellers across the organization. He wants people to operate how he once did in sales decades ago! The GM has no idea how to operate and scale an organization or product. If he decides he does not like you, he will have you replaced and then wonder why the pipeline is minimal while he expects others to pick up the additional work from internal sources as well as from customers. He has no sense of reality around the launching of a new solution and what it takes for that solution to grow within the market. The VP of Sales is a "Yes" man and will do anything to appease those above him without hesitation regardless of the impact it has to the team. His only goal is to look good to the GM although he is very unhappy with the company and the role!
