Not good if you are National Guard!

They will hire you if you need a job! The interview process was straightforward. I really don't have too much to say that's good about this place!

Cons

Not military friendly. If you are National Guard be ready to be fired if you go to your drills! Believe me I know!! Also be ready to put serious mileage on your vehicle..Oh yeah the gas is on you!

Flexible scheduling, lots of freedom, great coworkers, pays better than working retail

Cons

commissions are inconsistent, they charge you off for deacts based on their marked up "dealer cost" and not actual cost, dealer cost =/= csoki's cost! Upper management is way out of touch with customer base

Pros

Restaurant style schedule. Very Flexible. You can work as little or as much as you would like. Someone is always giving up a shift. The only thing you need to do to get promoted is send out a lot of "Go Team Go" emails. Access to internet so I'm able to search for a new job all day.

Cons

Not a real job. Just a place holder until I find a real career. Money is terrible. 100% commission job with insanely high charge backs. I've even spoken with our Verizon Wireless account manager and they said no other retailer takes advantage of their employees paychecks the way that Cellular Sales does. Back office is shady and rude. If you have an issue it's impossible to get a straight forward, honest answer. But what can you expect from a company run by used car sales men. Emails are excessive and unnecessary. Be prepared for your phone to be flooded with totally unprofessional emails ranging from "Yea my fav sports team won" to Jokes of the day.
