Great community and management and the job is fun and easy. Mon-Friday 8-4

Cons

Pay isn’t great, the industry is going downhill And they did a mass layoff of sales teams in Nov. 2019. so not sure how long the company will survive.

Great managers in sales, wonderful colleagues. Great place to start your sales career.

Cons

Senior leadership is do what I say and not what I do; unrealistic work expectations, old sales culture (needs to be seriously modernized); toxic culture; moving sales targets; low base salary for tech sales.
