Thank you for your more than 8 years of service and for reflecting on your experience working here. Regarding bonuses, our HR department partners closely with managers to ensure each employee is compensated fairly for their role and contribution. Our annual merit increases are set each year based on the market, Cengage and individual performance. In terms of restructuring, while our strategy is sound and our markets are growing, they are also large and hard to predict due to forces beyond our control. We must continue to evolve to create an organization that is both resilient and balanced. As these changes take place we aim to be as transparent as possible and provide opportunities for employee listening and reflection.
