Thank you for taking the time to share your candid feedback – positive and negative. As a company we are always evolving and looking for ways to improve how we work. Part of that evolution includes controlling our cost so we can continue to provide quality, affordable solutions that make a difference in learners’ lives. These changes are not easy but they allow us to create a business that is reliable and sustainable for the future. As the education industry evolves, we must evolve as well. Internal mobility and advancement are areas that we have invested in significantly, in fact we have invested $8 million in employee learning and development through access to our own ed2go and cybersecurity courses. We have also created opportunity for learning, listening and involvement, including Weekly First Friday company-wide meetings and our annual Engagement Survey.
