Regarding compensation, our HR department closely analyzes the market to offer competitive, equitable compensation programs that recognize and reward strong performance. We partner closely with the managers in the organization to ensure each employee is compensated fairly for their role and contribution. We value our employees and providing opportunities for advancement is an area we continue to invest in significantly.
