Pros
Best part is you are left to do your work with minimal interruption from management. WFH is good. Pay could be better, but is at market. Excellent time off, if you can get the day approved vs everyone else on the teams they have now combined (so you are fighting for the same days off as others).
Cons
Productivity is difficult to achieve, as they continually change review processes, but do not allow you the time to actually adapt and LEARN the processes. Then when you get comfortable with a process, they change it. You are continually told not to cherry pick reviews from the queue but when I look in other team member's queues, they are cherry picking away, ALL the time. Sorry, if you aren't going to enforce the rules with everyone, then don't expect those of us who actually try to pull the oldest tasks from the queue not to be salty and sick of it. It is easy to see other's productivity (look at total tasks) and see that some people clearly shouldn't still have a job, yet they are skating by, month after month with sub par productivity. Why should those of us with high #s even try anymore? ESPECIALLY when bonuses have been taken away.
