Good and Bad

Pros

Best part is you are left to do your work with minimal interruption from management. WFH is good. Pay could be better, but is at market. Excellent time off, if you can get the day approved vs everyone else on the teams they have now combined (so you are fighting for the same days off as others).

Cons

Productivity is difficult to achieve, as they continually change review processes, but do not allow you the time to actually adapt and LEARN the processes. Then when you get comfortable with a process, they change it. You are continually told not to cherry pick reviews from the queue but when I look in other team member's queues, they are cherry picking away, ALL the time. Sorry, if you aren't going to enforce the rules with everyone, then don't expect those of us who actually try to pull the oldest tasks from the queue not to be salty and sick of it. It is easy to see other's productivity (look at total tasks) and see that some people clearly shouldn't still have a job, yet they are skating by, month after month with sub par productivity. Why should those of us with high #s even try anymore? ESPECIALLY when bonuses have been taken away.

Pros

Able to work from home and pay was okay, then it goes downhill

Cons

Hired and told it was such a wonderful company (all lies) Training goes on for about a month where your bombarded with information that you couldn’t possibly hope to remember and will leave you overwhelmed. Told that you can just access the information later and you’ll be fine. You’ll have access to a group chat where they’ll help you. No. They just throw you out to the customers and say good luck, who by the way won’t be pleased with the fact you take a while to find what they need. It was super stressful and the equipment provided cuts off what people say so you have to ask customers to repeat a lot. Their system is horrible and had numerous problems which you have to report. You’ll be expected to complete calls in a short time. My advice don’t work here it’s just a lot of stress. It’s not worth it at all. Your recruiter will tell you how great it is but listen to your gut and say no thanks. Unless you enjoy call centers I wouldn’t recommend this position to anyone. I can assure you there high turn over rate. If I could I would’ve rated it lower.

AWFUL company, terrible vesting

Pros

Lots of work and shifts

Cons

Terrible management, the 401 vesting is awful - up to year 1 is zero, year 1 is 10%, year 2 is 30%..... so you forfeit 90% (including any interest earned on that money) if you work for them 23 months..... know this from experience. Was the absolute worst experience of my life, and I was a stellar employee - always got full merit, high reviews, picked up extra hours.... even beyond the MANDATORY overtime.
