      Pros

      We love out participants. They are vey dear to us. Many people who work here at CEI are in health care because they love helping people, and some of them go way above and beyond to accommodate our elders.

      Cons

      Medical record system is slow, cumbersome and not user friendly. It slows the work down and upper mgmt. wonders why we cant keep up with all of the assessments. It's literally getting in the way of excellent patient care.

      -Community and mission-oriented -Positive culture of mutual respect and teamwork -Employees are appreciated -Financially strong with yearly cost of living raises, and bonuses -Great HR department, orientation

      Cons

      -Infrastructure in some areas could be improved -Depending on the position, some people can have too much workload, can get stressful -Need more coordinator/administrative assistant positions

      Pros

      CEI is a very mission-driven organization and one that is is very committed to helping their participants live independently and with a great quality of life.. I have a great deal of respect for them as an organization. It is a very team driven environment, which is a huge Plus. Relationships between medical staff, management, and support staff seem to be positive and there's a strong feeling of community. Management is also very approachable, which is another big plus. Very good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Because it's a team driven environment, it may be a challenging setting for people that primarily like to work independently
