Line level staff get along well and try to work together despite the stressors. Good program for patients,Salary , benefits
Cons
Too many changes, lack of respect towards staff, lack of fairness ,Favoritism , poor morale. Staff are afraid. Too many people making up rules as they go and making staff suffer. Not listening to the people who do the hands on work and would be able to make the program thrive
