Compensation, medical benefits and retirement plans are good.

Cons

Senior management operates in a bubble. Table of organization is a mystery. Changes of structure and job titles too often which leads to employee anxiety; feeling of instability. Senior management attend continuing education/retreats etc. and the information obtained from these events are not shared with employees.
