      Cna life is hard .

      Pros

      Night shift is the happiest and hard working staff. Things get done in a timely manner. Even though there are two workers on each for and one nurse at night.

      Cons

      Most of the staff is not friendly or helpful. Team work is needed during the day and evening shift.

      Coworkers are really nice and supportive

      Cons

      No leadership, top heavy, promotions and rewards for loyalty as opposed to credentials, no initiative to assist with employees' career growth, implemented recently a performance evaluation system in order to let people go without repercussions
