Pros
The employees genuinely care about the clients that receive services. Most employees go above and beyond to help the clients as well as their colleagues.
Cons
Management hides behind Human Resources and use layoffs as a way to manage poor performance. A lot of "people decisions" are based on who likes you and Senior Management looks down on the Managers and lay people who are providing hands on care the clients. They really try to be a corporate environment but they really are not. CenterLight needs to learn how to treat their employees.
