Poor communication, almost no concern for training or professional development, constant fighting between the VPs, people who want to accuse each other when something goes wrong rather than focusing on fixing the problem. I saw a lot of people who could be doing much better work if they had better support from their coworkers.

Management hides behind Human Resources and use layoffs as a way to manage poor performance. A lot of "people decisions" are based on who likes you and Senior Management looks down on the Managers and lay people who are providing hands on care the clients. They really try to be a corporate environment but they really are not. CenterLight needs to learn how to treat their employees.
