This has caused many outbreaks in the office, thereby hurting employees’ health, families, friends, customers. But people are disposable, so they are shown the door.

After successfully working remotely for over a year, CEO brought everyone back to the crowded office in the middle of Covid Delta. Outbreaks happen from time to time. He also cut sick days, reduced medical benefits, increased out-of-pocket costs for healthcare. Safety is only talk. Everyone risks getting sick coming into the office, passing it to family, friends, customers. CEO thinks turnover is a good thing, so many people are granting his wish and leaving to go to better places.
