Has potential to be a great company to work for

Pros

Most everyone in my department is pleasant and fun to work with. everyone is willing to help one another out and teach one another.

Cons

The new CEO has a past that would make anyone very uncomfortable and apprehensive about where he will be taking us. The company is still very much behind others by making all employees return full time in the office since summer of 2021. There is minimal WFH flexibility. Benefits have been cut since new CEO has started. Pay is only okay and wage increases could be much better. Pay your employees better and be more flexible with WFH and maybe they’ll be able to keep current employees and attract new talent.

Pros

They say good things to get you in but then that’s it

Cons

Give lower qualified people promotions and raises. Make you work 14+ hrs a day plus weekends… no extra pay. Truly believe they don’t care about you or your well-being

Good company

Pros

As an established Company, once you get in, it takes you really messing up to get out, unless you leave on your own accord. Good company, fair wages, good work-life balance.

Cons

Not fully evolving with other companies with regards to the pandemic. WFH is only one day company wide. Wage increases are not as substantial as could be.
