      Set up for failure

      Pros

      No good reason to work for them. Company Pros: Nice easy to follow education material for the patients.

      Cons

      They pay per visit, but can't tell you exactly how long they calculate the visit to be. 30-45 minutes. This is horrible for their patients, alot are massive wounds, which takes a hour to apply new dressings. If you are a good nurse you will lose money w this company. Visit pay includes drive time, actual visit time, charting and any care coordination. All for pay they think should be done in 30-45 minutes. McDonald's employees are making more! Alternative: be a horrible nurse, leave in 30 minutes and leave the disaster care to the next nurse

      Field staff was great, some office staff great especially the schedulers who are the best

      Cons

      Toxic office, managers that are bullies and company knows and lets it continue, poor upper leadership it’s like the blind leading the blind, don’t care about employees only the bottom dollar, will walk in one day and blindside you and say they are doing an ROI and you have no job, no loyalty to employees, overall horrible culture, very heavy on u up per management that should be working at Walmart

      Management doesn’t care about you

      Pros

      Not one, other than receiving a paycheck that barely compensates you.

      Cons

      Management does not care about any of the employees. Management only cares about #’s for corporate so that they can continue to receive their bonuses. They lie about giving raises— 20 cents is not a raise. You only get talked down to by management and they do not respect your time. It’s a terrible company to work for, I would NEVER recommend working for this company.
