Great pay, Family oriented, Had a death in the family and general manager and port captain had me off the boat when I needed to be. Insurance is great. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, paid travel , 2 weeks paid vacation, Holiday Pay

Pros

The company has dictates a limit for spending on food, but rarely enforces it.

Cons

Management is completely disconnected from what they are asking the vessel crews to do. Dispatch office acts as if they are gods and should crews should be happy to be allowed to work aboard the vessels.
