Pros

Benefits, A few nice vessels, pay is finally getting there.

Cons

Fortunately I am on one of their nicer vessel's, I have worked over and been put on others and they were significantly worse. They need to vet new employees. I’ve literally seen them hire people who can’t even speak English to work on the vessels. Was a mess. They are driving their equipment into the ground. Management in office seems to Be a revolving door.

The Crew on the boats are great people. All are good shipmates.

Cons

Shoreside management will lie about wages you will receive to get you in the door. If you're training to be a tankerman, you're expected to do it off the clock.
