Good Pay and great team members

Cons

Was told I could not have off for a dr appointment for my disability. Was told that by HR and manager. Found out later on its illegal for them to deny medical attention for a disability. Also did not provide reasonable accommodations for my disability. I should have taken them to court.

Amazing Benefits but antiquated culture.

People, small company, accessibility, retirement + 401k benefits,

Cons

Very high turn over rate due to unreasonable work load. Total lack of administrative or processor support. Aging computer system and claim structure created highly inefficient internal processes. Programs in home office that allowed work life balance were denied in field offices.
