Pros

Nothing positive exists in this company for the last few years.

Cons

No promotions or growth opportunities. Only the appearance of a “career path”. A lot of reviews here are fake and glassdoor will not remove them after multiple reports that they are fake. Because clearly there is no issues but interestingly they do not share the company score on latest survey. No work/life balance exist.

Ok culture overall but Atlanta office is awful

Pros

Company culture tries to be employee friendly. Home office seems to be great.

Cons

As time went on I could tell a lot of people were unhappy. The branch level wasn’t as employee friendly compared to home office folks. Pay is not competitive.
