Good work hours and flex time with possibilities of working 4 10 hr days and off one day if your manager likes you.

Cons

No room for growth. A lot of politics in the office and if they suddenly don't like you then your stuck in your spot for ever.

Pros

They feed you a lot and training is pretty thorough. They cover relevant certification costs.

Cons

There is zero time to enter notes accurately because you are REQUIRED to answer the next call immediately. You either aren't documenting correctly or you aren't answering enough calls. It's extremely stressful.

Pros

People are great, there is help when you are out of the office. Management is very approachable. Paid time off is very generous

Cons

Retirement contributions made by company are far below average. Yes there is a pension at 2% but the 401k match is poor and below any other insurance company that I’m aware of.
