Pros

Great support from new management. Pay and benefits far exceed many local companies.

Cons

if everything was new that would be awesome but let us face it money doesn't grow on trees.

Pros

The new executive group (in place for 18 months or so now) are very approachable and they listen. They really do seem to care about the company, the customers, and the employees. It's a very dynamic and entrepreneurial feel here now for sure. It's a good environment.

Cons

Nothing is perfect. All anyone can do is be in the constant pursuit of perfection. And they seem to have a pretty good handle on what needs to improve. They're working on it.

Training is the only thing I would find that could be a Pro, granted that is if they ever sent anyone.

Cons

Inexperienced uneducated managers with lack of leadership with no tact.
