      Training is the only thing I would find that could be a Pro, granted that is if they ever sent anyone.

      Cons

      Inexperienced uneducated managers with lack of leadership with no tact.

      The interview process seemed thorough. Small company so not corporate.

      Cons

      Small company so not corporate, which equals utter lack of procedures. I came here after much turnover and should've seen the writing on the wall. Those that stick around for the long haul are numb to the lack of respect by the owner and management.

      Pay is fair, good benefits

      Cons

      Management style is questionable. They all lack tact care and trustworthiness. It’s a good ol boys club and if you are not part of it they do not want you around. It’s a sink or swim style environment.
