      -Good salary -Busy shop -Great training program -Lots of overtime -Tons of training opportunities!

      Cons

      -Shops need updated badly -Sales staff needs to work closer with the service dept when making promises to the customers -Lets seasoned techs walk out the door in favor of friendships and family
