Pros

•Welcoming environment: everyone is friendly and supportive from day one and will check in often to ensure you’re acclimating to the role •Calm onboarding experience: the first 90 days are truly designed for training and mentorship. CentralReach wants you to use your first few weeks to study and absorb as much as you can. This makes the onboarding process relatively stress-free. There is no expectation to immediately jump into your role or “know it all.” Respect: everyone is there to support you - as needed. You are given plenty of autonomy over your tasks and schedule and are treated as a professional regardless of how much previous experience you have with CentralReach

Cons

Pay: a slight con; pay and benefits are great but could always be better! However, the opportunities for growth are apparent and managers set intentional goals to ensure staff are progressing
