Pros

Phenomenal corporate culture. They truly honor the company's greatest asset: their employees. Weekly meetings with the CEO on the state of the company with awesome feedback to every individual. This organization's primary focus is creating an integrated software platform to allow professionals to concentrate on helping children on the autism spectrum and CentralReach has done an excellent job resulting in being the leader in the field. You truly feel a connection with the great work the clients have achieved due to having their business software handle their scheduling, billing, documentation, HIPAA compliance, data collection, continued education and so much more. From the initial interview through the entire onboarding process I was treated warmly and professionally. CentralReach has a perfect textbook onboarding process that is both engaging and forward thinking. I have enjoyed the open door approach from management to share ideas and join in multi-department collaboration. I look forward to a long and profitable career with the awesome company. Excellent benefits include excellent health/dental vision plan, generous PTO and Corporate 401K matching.

Cons

I have not found any cons and look forward to working in office with this great group of dedicated and enthusiastic team players.

Pros

If you are looking to work for an organization with a fantastic company culture, CentralReach is the place for you. I have worked for CEO, Chris Sullens for the past eight years and followed him to CentralReach from a previous company just for the opportunity to continue to work for him.  Chris and the entire leadership team have created a culture at CentralReach that makes you want to come to work everyday and makes you proud to be a part of the team. In addition to culture and leadership, CR shows how much they care about their employees through many benefits and perks. They offer the normal benefits, like an amazing medical insurance package, 3 weeks of PTO, 401k matching, etc... but they also do so many other things during the year to make employees feel valued. During the covid pandemic, they gave each employee a $500 bonus just to say thank you for working so hard during difficult times. They also mailed each employee gifts (that we got to choose) for Thanksgiving to show appreciation. They gave us an extra PTO day on Election Day to make sure we had time to vote. They truly care about their employees and are constantly finding new ways to show it. Also, the marketing team is top notch. Great leadership, clear goals, and talented team members that keep you laughing and having fun throughout the day. I decided to change careers paths, which has led me to leave CentralReach. Even as I am finishing up my last days with the company, the entire team has been supportive, encouraging and genuinely happy for me as I make this transition.

Cons

I really don't have any cons. I honestly love this company and think everyone who applies here would too!

Pros

Good Benefits, PTO, Nice Parking

Cons

CentralReach is a parent company. Billmax/Bronco Billing hides under the guise of a decent IT company but they are nothing more than a cheap medical billing company that harasses their employees to the point of fraud in order to get claims paid. Do not work for these people. You are micromanaged to death, management is disrespectful and does not care about you. I have worked in this industry for 25 years and this is the worst place I have EVER worked.
