Pros

Awesome management to make sure that the day-to-day operations of the company goals are met. Very good training and great co-workers who get along. No Toxic people are allowed, Company pays you for 1 hour to work-out on Wednesday's

Cons

Office in pompano is old and A/C breaks down more than I would like to. If it rains, bring your boots. Believe new office is set to come, but no word on moving day

Pros

- Some teams are awesome to work with, and the company has a lot of talented individuals. - Flexibility and work life balance

Cons

- No career progression in place even though they claim they're supportive and want to build careers. - No guidance in certain departments - Toxicity in the workplace, sometimes there is no buffer between politics (no place is really immune to this, but I just found it to be sort of common place where I was) - no perks, other than PTO and health benefits, they claim snacks and other "goodies" but I've only seen snacks twice in the time I was there.

Pros

Amazing culture with like-minded employees who strive to achieve our company mission. From the C-Suite to entry level positions, everyone is always willing to jump in and get their "hands dirty". I look forward to our future success.

Cons

With hyper-growth comes extreme multi-tasking; we will need to continue to build out teams and systems in order to sustain and scale anticipated growth.
