The people are genuine, smart and overall good people. Communication and transparency shine through at Central Reach. The CEO is dedicated to employee satisfaction and is known for fostering great company cultures. Social and community events are part of this culture too as work-life balance is an important factor here.

A growing software company with solid (and refreshingly transparent) leadership was appealing from the start of the interview process, but adding what CR stands for puts this company in a league of its own. Everyone at the org is committed to the cause, and this, coupled with senior management's commitment to employee satisfaction, makes the culture second to none in my career thus far. Additionally, a flexible work from home policy is increasingly crucial for many yet often overlooked by orgs, especially in the congested tri-state area. Luckily CR recognizes the importance!
