      Pros

      I have been an employee at CR for just under 4 months. The work (if you can call it that) is more rewarding than anything I've ever been part of. We work hard, we collaborate, we strategize, we innovate, all for purpose of serving and helping those who need it most. Help those who have dedicated their lives to helping others in the world of behavioral health, speech, PT, OT, MH, etc...all while making a good living and sleeping well because you are doing something meaningful. This is not exactly a start up, but small enough (for now anyway) to be nimble and act on great ideas immediately. Leadership is laser focused on providing a quality product and service ABOVE just hitting numbers. We work with the best of the best in marketing, product dev, operations, and sales. It is humbling to part of this amazing group and I can't wait to see where we go from here.

      Cons

      There are daily process changes, weekly product changes, and reasonable shifts in focus monthly. The result?..constant conversation and innovation to ensure we stay on best path for our clients and this team. I work more than I have to...because I want to.

      Great People, Great Culture, Exciting Work

      Pros

      At CentralReach there is a strong sense of teamwork & cooperation along with shared goals. Leadership clearly communicates strategy to all levels of the company which is no small feat as this is a rapidly growing organization. Our software is also something that is beneficial to our community and this is not lost on our staff who work hard to a person to keep providing a wonderful product that really makes a positive impact.

      Cons

      More meeting rooms to accommodate more brainstorming sessions which we are in no short supply of!

      There are very few companies where culture is taken serious and CentralReach is one of them, everyone that works here are 100% behind the mission (helping others) A lot of opportunities to grow.
