      Good jump start to your career

      Pros

      -Coworkers are friendly and always helpful -Great place to get some relevant experience to jump start your career -Lots of fun get togethers -Very laid back environment -Opportunities to work from home (if they'll let you) -Receive adequate training to succeed at your role -Fast paced

      Cons

      -You're asked to work overtime quite frequently -Owners make promises to clients they themselves can't keep so they will dump it off on other employees -Work life balance is virtually non-existent -Compensation & benefits package is below average (no dental or 401K) -No formal performance review process to facilitate possible income increases -Most if not all jobs can be done 100% remotely, but the owners are not open to employees working from home on a frequent and/or permanent basis unless they were hired on as such -Customers are very difficult to work with because the majority of them are not properly trained on the software -No one is ever on the same page

      Excellent Start Up Company

      Pros

      -CentralReach is a company that truly values their employees. Management frequently recognizes employes who do exceptional work in the form of bonuses and gifts. -Very Team-Oriented, at CR everyone moves towards the same goals -Fun place to work at!

      Cons

      -Very fast paced environment (not really a con) but if you a person who does not do well in a fast pace this is not the place for you. -Limited upward mobility in career. If you are not apart of the sales/software team, there is limited room for advancement which is typical in a start up company. But if you are a sales/software person the skies the limit.

      In CentraReach we pride ourselves with the great environment we have created for our employees; We have a very laid back setup with tons flexibility towards our employees to maintain a healthy work/life balance. We do expect a lot and thats why we hire just the very best in the industry! At this point we have a very diverse group of people all collaborating towards the same goal. Must also say the our super healthy and varied snack bar is very appreciated by our staff.
