Pros

Energetic team that knows what needs to get done and does it. People take pride in their work and nobody gets hung up on titles or positions.

Cons

Employee growth is outpacing office space, so can be a little cramped at times. Company is spread out all over the world which sometimes hampers communication/collaboration, but everybody is aware of the challenge and works to not let it get in the way.
