Pros

Great management team who are open to suggestions and are approachable. The company takes great care to hiring some of the best talents out there. At times it feels like a start-up company because of how fast we are growing. However, I don't worry about the company going under because we are backed by two great companies - Unit4 and Salesforce.

Cons

Because it is a start-up company, the company is conservative in their salaries. I don't feel they are comparable to current market.

The team here are fantastic, everyone helps each other no matter how busy they are. We all enjoy the successes of our colleagues. It's fantastic to see great feedback from customers about our Support and Implementation teams. FinancialForce.com is all about the people!

Cons

Some teething problems but just normal stuff you'd expect in such as fast growing company

FinancialForce.com has a great company culture where coworkers can joke around and have fun with one another while maintaining productivity and efficiency. In other words, we have a work hard-play hard culture. Successes do not go unnoticed as there are company-wide shout outs that recognize and celebrate exemplary employees. Being in an office with intelligent and motivated people is infectious and that is what makes our company culture thrive. As far as location, FinancialForce's headquarters is in a prime area of San Francisco. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, public transportation and anything else you can think of right outside of our building. Great suite of products Competitive salary and benefits Management cares about employees work/life balance Hip modern office with spectacular views (and a massage chair!)

Cons

Being a fairly young company, FinancialForce.com still has some processes to iron out. Not necessarily a con.
